As a Grant Writer/Reader: Numerous grants have been written and successfully implemented by Charles Burke which originated from local, regional state and federal agencies. Charles Burke wrote and was subsequently awarded, grants ranging from $120.00 to $125,000.00. Additionally, Mr Burke frequently obtained as much as $50,000.00 a year through a non-traditional approach.
